Ethan Anderson is the Founder and Lead Consultant at Work Tech Solutions. He's been building technical solutions for businesses for over a decade, but what really drives him isn't just solving problems. It's inventing new ways to make things more efficient through the right blend of technology and process.
His experience across enterprise platforms, diverse industries, and entrepreneurial ventures revealed consistent gaps between how software is designed and how businesses actually operate. That's why he founded Work Tech Solutions—to fit technology to operations, not reshape operations to fit technology.
Any friction is an opportunity to design something fundamentally better. He approaches disconnected systems and inefficient workflows as chances to create solutions that give teams back time and enable decisions they couldn't make before.
