What started as a specialization in Oracle Taleo and HCM products quickly grew into a deep expertise across a wide range of business technologies—including Salesforce, Oracle, and countless other platforms. Having worked as both a freelance consultant and within multiple firms, Ethan's gained firsthand experience in how businesses of all sizes operate and where technology can streamline success.As client engagement and referrals kept growing in 2024 and into 2025, I felt there was a demand for my consulting approach.
